As Office Manager, Loretta Rood is responsible for human resources, including employment law compliance, benefits administration, policies and procedures development, and coordinating and assisting with recruiting activities. Loretta also handles client invoicing and assists the President with contracts administration.
Loretta has more than 35 years’ experience in the human resources (HR) field in government contracting, railroad, manufacturing, accounting, and consulting industries. She has been an internal and external consultant and has set up HR departments for companies where none existed previously.
Loretta is an alumna of Longwood University and is an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
